2D-Health, Translation Manchester and Advanced Materials in Medicine@Manchester are hosting an Advanced Therapeutics Translation Workshop at Citylabs 1.0 on the afternoon of the 5th July (12-5pm).
The workshop will have a clinical and translational focus and will explore the different regulatory requirements needed to translate medical devices and pharmaceutical agents from preclinical research through to a clinical setting with a particular focus upon advanced therapeutic agents (e.g. nanomedicine, gene therapeutics and cell therapeutics).
The event will combine a series of talks from experts in the regulatory field, alongside case studies where advanced therapeutics are being translated through to clinical use. We have confirmed speakers from Astra Zeneca, Cell & Gene Therapy Catapult and the Medicines Discovery Catapult alongside Case Studies from Fiona Thistlethwaite (iMATCH), Professor Brian Bigger and InBrain Neuroelectronics. The event will culminate in an open panel discussion.
Free registration is now open via our Eventbrite page.
